Thirty-two members of the John S. Burke Catholic High School community participated in a Life Chain along Route 211 in Middletown. Students are members of the Pro-Life Club. The Life Chain is an annual event held nationwide in which various Pro-Life groups gather to hold a peaceful demonstration in support and defese of the right to life for all induviduals from conception through natural death. Burke Catholic’s Pro-Life Club plans to participate in the annual March for Life in Washington D.C. on january 22nd and will hold their annual Baby Shower to benefit Good Counsel Homes in the Spring.
